- Advice If Holding (AHL): We deliver late and lost baggage to the clientï¿½s home or hotel on behalf of more than 12 airlines. More than 44,000 operations last year, delivering over 55,000 baggage all over Spain (Mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands).
- Damage Property Report (DPR): We manage over 11,000 Damage Property Reports annually including damaged baggage and damaged or lost content. This service is facilitated by a nationwide workshop network and warehouse whose mission is to repair or replace passengers damaged baggage. We give phone and administrative support from our Call Center, managing our clientï¿½s PIR, loss and/or damage content, always following our clientï¿½s standards.
